I recently ordered a plate compactor from Northern Tool. Delivery in 5-7 bus. days. On day 5 I checked status of order,still pending. This was an instock item. I then checked the details of my order, and behold there is a wheel kit that was added to my order, which is now backordered. I never ordered the wheel kit. This backoder is now holding up shipping as I was told.

I told the rep to take the wheel kit off my order(which I never ordered ) and ship the compactor. I was told that it should be shipped the next day, and it would appear on my account by early the following day. I checked the status at 5:00pm est., and the order is still pending. Online chat did absolutely nothing for me!. All apologies:. No help, but call this number and someone will be able to help you..

I called that number to cancel my order". I was told that she could not cancel the order because the freight co'. needs to send a tracking #|. They would then charge my amex, and when they receive the item back they will credit my amex card". They can't take care of it today, but will first thing in the morning;.

I called amex and stopped all activity on my card until further notice. 35b3c21
