NOT A FAN!!! Order placed last week for *** trimmer and
leaf blower, received an email
last Thursday AND and telephone call stating the my order had been deliver to the
Greenville SC store. Went by on Friday and store could not find it. I CALLED the
customer support number and they put me in touch with the
local store manager. Since that time all I have heard is finger pointing between corporate office and local store. Since I have not heard anything from anyone I called customer supportLESS this morning and they placed me back in touch with the local manger. Same
song and dance about how they were expecting a truck and if could be on it and for ME to call back this afternoon. I did at 4:30 and guess what...your right it was not there. Called customer supportless and sport directly with a
supervisor (second attempt since the first was dropped during transfer). Basically they were shipping the product directly to me instead of the store. All I ask for my trouble was for an
extended warranty on each. Was told they were already doing me a favor by picking up the cost of shipping directly to me...I CANCELLED MY ORDER!!! It will be a
long time before I consider shopping with them again!!! 35b40b4
