79 complaints and the have an A+? I file with the BBB and I gave them concrete proof of misleading advertisments of the delivery times. FROM THE MANUFACTURE!. and still the BBB sided with Northern Toll:. And I mean concrete a letter from the Manufacture stating 8 weeks,. Not 2 days on the Northern Tool Web site/. All the complaints sided with Northern Tool/.

The BBB was also given other emails from the company states in two emails that the product has a lead time of two days:. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 6 WEEKS/. The BBB is completly useless;. They did nothing. 35b10b1

Don't by anything from Northern Tool online. It takes an act of congress to send it back. Very slow and no follow ups on anything. The customer has to do everything. Northern Tool return system is way out of date.
