I purchased a winch remote on Nov 2 from Northern Tool (NT) which was advertised as a four wire remote. When I received the remote it wasn't as advertised. It had three wires which would not work for my application. I requested a return authorization. i waited for approximately two weeks then had to call again to get the return which because the product came from an external vender they NT said they were waiting for the authorization from the vender. I called the vendor and they said they were waiting to be contacted by NT. Then I called NT to tell them what the vendor told me!. (that's 5 phone calls in total) NT told me to return the item to the vendor:. I paid the postage and returned it.. The vendor sent them a credit memo which is supposed to tell NT that the product was returned and they have issued a credit'. Since then I have called both the vendor and NT three different times which is 6 phone calls to resolve the reimbursement of my original purchase price/. Every time I call the vendor says they are waiting to hear from NT and when I call NT they say they are waiting to hear from the vendor!. I just talked them this morning Jan 16th and I still don't have my money yet". NT says it is being processed?. Counting the one phone this morning that's a grand total of 12 phone calls and I still have not been reimbursed. 35b370a
