I called on July 7th and was told they hold all check orders for 10 business days:. I explained that, had I known that I would have ordered it differently.. I explained that I needed this item for a business trip and if they check with their bank they will see the check had cleared'. I was leaving July 18th and needed this item for business travel!. The girl said she will talk to credit and I shall hear from them by the end of the day:. Never heard a thing?.
I e-mailed a complaint/. I did get a reply, asking for my custoomer #. I replied to them it was on the e-mail with my company name, address, and phone #. I still have no reply from that. I e-mailed last night again, no reply!!
I called today, explained the story again, and was told "nothing we can do to HELP you, we wont do anything till the 10 days pass!"
Northern Tools, in my opinion is lacking service help. I bought many times before from them but will not anymore. I will tell everyone how they cant and wont help their customers!
What discusts me the most was their lack of responding to me. If I ran my business that way, in these tough times.... I would be closing my doors. All they had to do was a little work, a call to a bank to see what I knew... the money has been taken from my account for the check mailed them. They could sent the item. I guess it hard to do anything special to help their customers!!
You all got that? They have my money!! BUT still wont do anything til the 10 days pass!!
Does that make them theifs?? They have my money, but cant help send my item to me.
When I get a check from a customer, I deposit it, start working on their item, and go online with my bank to see if it cleared. It always works for me and it sometimes helps to expidite orders.
Well, never again will I order from them. NO service..... No business!!! 35b27f1
