As a former customer of Northern Tool, I just want people to know that the manager in one of the NC stores is a complete racist ***. I overheard him tell another employee that he was trying to get rid of all the black people that worked there to make the store an "all white, all male" store. Since then, most of the friendly people that worked there are gone and now they dont even speak when you walk in the door. In a diverse town by a military base, there should be no reason for racism. I wont be going back and would suggest that people stay away from there.

They also have a habit of lying to people just to get sales, especially the warranties. I bought one on a product and the store manager wouldnt even switch the item out. Just a *** racist ripoff. 35b1f58
