On November 16, 2011 I ordered a Hex Nut Bearing for the Norther Tool band saw...it has a unique thread pattern and I cannot find this anywhere...the part was ordered by Northern Tool and has not been delivered as of January 12, 2012....no one seems to even care if I get this part or not....going forward, I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM NORTHERN TOOL...I WILL DO MY BUSINESS WITH LOWE'S,.....this is a .20 cent item that is keeping me from doing work in our metal shop..I AM DONE WITH NORTHERN TOOL 35b37cf
